Meet The Founder
Caring for my father, Kenneth J. Grayer Sr., showed me firsthand the compassion, attention, and dedication that quality in-home care demands. That experience inspired me to create Synthesis Home Care, a company rooted in family-driven values and personal commitment.
Our mission is to meet every person we have the privilege to support where they are in their health journey. Homecare is not one-size-fits-all it’s not about checking boxes or completing tasks.
